Motivational Interviewing (MI)
It's hard to engage with people who seem unmotivated, professionals feel drained when progress is slow or stagnant and burnout is real - we understand. Motivational Interviewing helps professionals have conversations that inspire change. This approach builds trust, strengthens engagement, and supports people in finding their own reasons to move forward. Participants learn how to guide conversations in ways that promote partnership and empower clients to take meaningful steps toward their goals, sustaining their own motivation for change.

The sessions deepened my understanding of how to engage clients through curiosity, empathy, and collaboration. Learning to use affirmations and open-ended questions more intentionally has already enhanced the way I connect with youth, helping me highlight their strengths and support self-driven change.
