Restorative Practices (RP)
Fighting behavior in groups leads to low morale, people disengage when they believe they have not been treated fairly and being reactive leaves us in constant crisis mode - we understand. Restorative Practices creates space for connection, engagement and repair. This training helps professionals and teams build and strengthen relationships and communities. Participants gain tools to to create an environment that favors right relationship, proactively build social capital and hold accountability for the challenges that arise in community.
